A multi-course plated dinner supporting local agriculture and conservation
Tickets are $90 per person and include:
- 5 course plated meal featuring locally foraged wild edibles and locally sourced sustainable vegetables, meats, and cheeses
- Pennsylvania Cheese Board
- Complimentary Beverages from Local Breweries, Wineries, and Boyd & Blair potato vodka

4:00PM Dinner
1st Course: Tourchon of Duck, Chicken, and Quail paired with wild Morels and wild Watercress and Watermelon Radish salad
2nd Course: Chilled Pea Soup with Carrots, wild Ramps, and Pea Shoots, and wild Mint garnish
3rd Course: Three way Pork - pork prepared three ways with pickled wild Ramps, Arugula, and braised wild Fiddleheads and wild Ramps
Intermezzo: Goldenrod Honey Sherbet
4th Course: Grass fed Ribeye on a Sunchoke puree with wild Horseradish, with wild Morels and wild Nettles and Mustard Greens
Dessert: Rhubarb and wild Strawberry tort
